SpringBoot @RequestParam is not applying default value for parameter name

Default parameter name for @RequestParam is not applied it means that using this code:

@GetMapping
public SomeType getData(@RequestParam String paramName){rteurn someStuff;}

and the error is resolved only when specifing the parameter name inside @requestParam("paramerter name") and this is the exception i get:

Please review the upgrade guide. This was also called out in log warnings with the previous Spring Boot generation.
