SpringBoot Upgrade to Hibernate 6.2.22.Final

This issue is noteworthy as 6.2.22.Final does not work in a native image. We can work around this with some changes in Spring Framework. Until they are available, users of Hibernate in a native image should downgrade to 6.2.20.Final.
