SpringBoot In some situations, the failure when the AOT-generated initializer cannot be loaded is less helpful than before

https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/pull/38188 has made problems like https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/issues/32918 harder to identify. I think the message needs to be refined or the changes reverted.

We talked about this today. We're going to refine the message and possibly look at a custom exception type/failure analyzer.
