SpringBoot ActiveMQ Artemis tests don't work on ARM machines

ArtemisContainerConnectionDetailsFactoryIntegrationTests and ArtemisDockerComposeConnectionDetailsFactoryIntegrationTests are affected. We're using version 2.31.2 of the docker image, which has no ARM support. We could switch to version 2.34.0, which has ARM support.
