SpringBoot JPMS: Autoconfigure HibernateJpaConfiguration

obviously similar to other recent issues this autoconfiguration needs to check to ensure that the appropriate classes are on the module path

  opens com.xenoterracide.tm.model to org.junit.platform.commons, org.hibernate.orm.core, net.bytebuddy, spring.core;
