SpringBoot Add CDS test case to Paketo system tests

The Paketo system tests should include a test case that enables the Paketo Buildpack for Spring Boot's CDS support with BP_JVM_CDS_ENABLED.

We could also add a test case that enables CDS along with AOT using BPL_SPRING_AOT_ENABLED or BP_SPRING_AOT_ENABLED.
