SpringBoot Add Grafana LGTM support to OtlpLoggingConnectionDetails

OtlpMetricsConnectionDetails and OtlpTracingConnectionDetails both support Grafana LGTM stack containers coming from Docker Compose and Testcontainers.

Service connection support for OtlpLoggingConnectionDetails has been added in https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/pull/41324, but only for the otel/opentelemetry-collector-contrib image.

We should add Grafana LGTM for consistency.
