SpringBoot Some @ControllerEndpoint and @RestControllerEndpoint infrastructure remains undeprecated

Similar to https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/issues/41542, ControllerEndpointHandlerMapping in both org.springframework.boot.actuate.endpoint.web.servlet and ControllerEndpointHandlerMapping should have been deprecated as part of https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/issues/31768.
