SpringBoot Use internal attributes for values that aren't directly referenced in .adoc files

With #42269 we added specific version attributes for javadoc and reference docs links. These attributes are not actually used outside of the antora-asciidoc-attributes.properties so it would be better if we didn't expose them to the .adoc files.

For #41614 we also need the original -version attributes back.
