With spring-boot 2.7.10, i build an API REST (json format).
I use spring-boot-starter-web and @RestController to define services.
Everything is OK until i want to add a client for consume a SOAP service.
When i add spring-ws-core to the classpath for building my Soap Client, Request to the Rest doesn't work :

facing this exact same issue with the same use case. i have a spring project with dependency of spring-web, spring boot, and typical other dependencies. as soon as i add the dependency

@the-mgi that's a different error. It's caused by having Spring Security and multiple mappable servlets. https://github.com/jzheaux/cve-2023-34035-mitigations contains several examples of how to mitigate the problem.
