SpringBoot Fix link to proxyBeanMethods in @AutoConfiguration javadoc

Based on how the @AutoConfiguration Javadoc is currently rendered, I have the impression that the @literal should have been an @link.

If that isn't the case, feel free to close this PR 🙂
