Spring Remove mention of non-existent local bean attribute from documentation

The documentation contains incorrect mention of 'local' attribute of 'ref' tag. As far as I know the 'local' attribute was removed in http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-4.0.xsd.
