Spring Use proxyBeanMethods=false on remaining internal configuration classes

Following up on #23004 and #23166, let's revisit all remaining internal configuration classes and refactor them towards proxyBeanMethods=false as well: most importantly, the caching config classes - but also the async/scheduling ones as well as LoadTimeWeavingConfiguration and MBeanExportConfiguration.
