I opened this issue and tried to follow the suggestion given by @rstoyanchev here, and as you can see below in screen shot from the logs the heart-beat is getting set but is not honored by the StompBrokerRelayMessageHandler which keeps on sending the heart-beat message every 15 secs shown in the second screen shot.
I'm sure this is a bug since i created a separate project here and was able to reproduce over and over.

@prinal10 in that issue it said "Feel free to update this issue", not "open a new issue". So please add this information as an extra comment to the old issue and avoid creating multiple issues. If you could also paste logs as text rather than images, that is much more friendly for searching and scrolling.
