In connection with "[SPR-11126] problem converting empty parameter to List", the resolveName(String, MethodParameter, NativeWebRequest) method in the RequestParamMethodArgumentResolver.java has been slightly chagned. In case that MethodParameter is related to List type, String value will be returned itself without being changed to String.

I submitted a pull request again. This will replace https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-framework/pull/517. I just modified 2 files with this bug but previous pull request submitted 4 files with my mistake. Thank you.
