Spring Add assertions to complete the test case of detectAllHandlerAdapters

The test code in the case of detectAllHandlerAdapters was not completed. I would like to add 2 assertions, as the test case of notDetectAllHandlerAdapters did.

Hi @nealshan,

It turns out that those tests were testing the wrong thing in the first place.

So I fixed them slightly differently in 06679a5583e6e5bbd8ec10a12f665cdfc561cc19, and I'm therefore closing this PR.
