The (repeatedAnnotations != null) check is sufficient for the code in question; however, if you think you have discovered a bug please open a new issue to discuss it and provide a failing test that demonstrates the bug.
In light of that, I am closing this PR.
In addition, please do your best to submit issues and PRs in English (potentially using a translation tool or asking a friend or colleague for assistance).
