Integration test execution fails in Eclipse if modules like spring-tx are not on the classpath.
The attached reproducer is a bare bone Spring Boot application created via the Initializr without any actual dependencies added. It builds fine on the command line (via Maven) but when imported into Eclipse, the test execution fails with the following stack trace:

The error is caused by the lookup of the TestExecutionListeners (AbstractTestContextBootstrapper.getDefaultTestExecutionListeners()), but the registered FailureHandler is not handling the exception as thrown by Eclipse. In Eclipse an InvocationTagetException is thrown wrapping a NoClassDefFoundError likely resulting from a different Classloader arrangement in the IDE's test execution.

This is a regression caused by the results of #28666.
Specifically, with the switch to the new SpringFactoriesLoader APIs, a TestExecutionListener is no longer instantiated using java.lang.Class.newInstance(). Instead, since SpringFactoriesLoader now supports constructor arguments, a TestExecutionListener is now instantiated using java.lang.reflect.Constructor.newInstance(Object...) which can throw an InvocationTargetException.
The changes in d1b65f6d3e90af3f55d1b4d347afb3ebe9a3de44 do not take InvocationTargetException into account.

Please give it a try in an upcoming 6.0 M6 snapshot and let us know if it resolves the issue.
