- remove https://issuetracker.springsource.com/browse/EBR-349 : this link is dead and is also mentioned in https://jira.spring.io/browse/SPR-8093,
- cleanup nohttp
allowlist.lines.

During my search I also detected a broken link in build.gradle : https://www.ibm.com/docs/api/v1/content/SSEQTP_8.5.5/com.ibm.websphere.javadoc.doc/web/apidocs/. I do not know if it is safe to remove.
