Spring license issue with spring framework version 4.3.16

May I ask if the spring framework version 4.3.16 uses the Apache License 2.0. And if all spring framework uses this license? We may need an offical reply. Thanks in advance for answering ~

The license information is shipped with our artifacts and is available on the repository. Note that Spring Framework 4.3.x is EOL and is vulnerable to several known CVEs so you should upgrade as soon as possible.
