Spring Remove obsolete Tiles documentation from reference manual

Actual:

The documentation of 6.X, including current ( https://docs.spring.io/spring-framework/docs/current/reference/html/web.html#mvc-view-tiles ) still has a section for Tiles 3 support for Spring Web, which has been removed with d84ca2ba90d27a7c63d7b35a6259b5b9cf341118

Expected:

The documentation of 6.x no longer has a section for Tiles support.
