Spring Exclude GitHub Actions bot from changelog

The github actions bot is currently listed as a contributor. We should exclude it until https://github.com/spring-io/github-changelog-generator/issues/102 is implemented.

As @wilkinsona pointed out, the actual name of the GitHub Actions bot is github-actions[bot] so I'll update the config accordingly.
