@andreasrosdal we'll do at some point but it shouldn't change anything. This an optional dependency and you shouldn't rely on our version to drive anything.
Versions in framework are sometimes conservative to make sure we build against a certain generation, yet allowing users to use a more recent version. That's typically the case for Hibernate.
