Spring Jackson ArrayNode cannot be cast to java.util.Collection in KotlinSerializationJsonHttpMessageConverter

While using kotlin-serialization-json-jvm:1.7.3 with com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-datebind:2.15.3 in spring-web:5.3.39, org.springframework.http.converter.json.KotlinSerializationJsonHttpMessageConverter.encode() will cause com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.node.ArrayNode cannot be cast to java.util.Collection in the line String json = this.json.encodeToString(serializer, object);.

The OSS support for Spring Framework 5.x has ended, and your report is not actionable. If you want support, please take the time to upgrade to a supported version. If you can still reproduce the problem, we'll need a small sample we can run ourselves to reproduce it.
