Spring BindException not handled anymore but still registered in ExceptionHandler

With https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-framework/commit/a85bf3185e4f23753989496f0fa5af99b76a0431 the method handleBindException was removed in ResponseEntityExceptionHandler. But BindException.class wasn't removed from the @ExceptionHandler annotation although the method doesn't handle the exception anymore. This leads to an error if you want to handle BindException in your own exception handler. Please remove the exception from the annotation or reintroduce the handling of it in Spring Framework 6.2.1.
