SpringBoot Update OpenTelemetry section in Supported Monitoring Systems to refer to OTLP instead

https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/reference/actuator/metrics.html#actuator.metrics.export.otlp is a little bit misleading at the moment as it talks about exporting to OpenTelemetry. Micrometer's support exports metrics over OTLP to anything that can consume it.
