SpringBoot Request to Upgrade Reactor Netty to Version 1.2.2 in Spring Boot for ChannelOperator Bug Fix

Hello Spring Boot Team,

I would like to request an upgrade of the Reactor Netty dependency to version 1.2.2 in the next Spring Boot release. The latest release of Reactor Netty (1.2.2) includes a crucial bug fix for the ChannelOperator class. This bug has been causing issues in our applications, and upgrading to Reactor Netty 1.2.2 will resolve these problems
