Bug description Adding an old version of the azure-identity dependency prevents ChatClient bean from being created.

Adding the following dependency to pom.xml causes ChatClient bean not to be created.
<dependency>
<groupId>com.azure</groupId>
<artifactId>azure-identity</artifactId>
<version>1.3.0</version>
</dependency>
Expected behavior I expected the bean to be created.
