Spring-ai rename directory spring-ai-stabilityai to stability-ai

the directory is different from the module name

<artifactId>spring-ai-stability-ai</artifactId>

it't strange of name is stabilityai for the directory. This change will not bring any bugs, and make the code look more comfortable in IDE

Thanks! Note that some companies don't put a space between their name and 'ai', e.g OpenAI. But Stability AI does have a space, so this makes sense.
