Spring-ai Add the support of Azure OpenAI image generation

Need for a projet, I implemented the support of Azure OpenAI for image generation. It's mainly a reuse of the design delivered by model/spring-ai-openai * implemented the new image model provide in 1.0.0 M1 * Manage AOT hints * Add Azure Image Auto-Configuration
