MyBatis 'sql' subseciton missing in TOC

sql subsection is missing link in the TOC, whereas other subsections, like select are present.

I've attempted a fix it by changing the name to something more descriptive, and to insert an anchor explicitly. None of this helped.

I'm not familiar with the xdoc framework, so thought to raise issue rather than a PR.

This seems like another mvn site plugin issue. I tried adding an anchor explicitly, but the subsection link was not generated. Please report it to the relevant plugin project.
