Gorm Tag default:'null' always causes field migration

Description

default:null and default:'null' are being treated the same when field migrating.

The reason is this line:

https://github.com/go-gorm/gorm/blob/7da24d1d52be944fe5058792f8bdcf9572b48a1f/migrator/migrator.go#L490

field.DefaultValue is equal to null in both two cases.

Maybe it should change to

currentDefaultNotNull := field.HasDefaultValue && field.DefaultValueInterface != nil
