SpringBoot Exclude Kotlin Coroutines 1.3.9+ as it is built against Kotlin 1.4

We're currently on 1.3.8 and, unfortunately, 1.3.9 switched to a new feature release of Kotlin. We should prevent to accidentally upgrade to it for maintenance releases.
