I am not good for gorm. but i think it's a bug.
the create code is not work.
It's ok before, until I change my database charset to utf8mb4.

you can create a database with my docker-compose.yaml. and then you can run main.go.
you should found this problem.

my go version:1.21.1. and I run the docker by wsl, run the code on windows11.
