Gorm Can't create foreign key for one to one relationship on PostgreSQL

I have below two structs where the Student and the StudentCard has a one to one relationship:

type Student struct {
    gorm.Model
    Name        string
    StudentCard StudentCard `gorm:"foreignKey:StudentID"`
}

type StudentCard struct {
    gorm.Model
    Number    string
    StudentID uint
}

After migrating those two structs, I don't see the foreign key constraint created on the students table.

GORM version: v1.25.5 PostgreSQL version: 14.2 on x86_64-apple-darwin20.6.0, compiled by Apple clang version 12.0.0 (clang-1200.0.32.29), 64-bit
