The addition of views is useful, but there is no support in the options to create a materialized view therein, and the ability to add the with clause in the materialized view.
The materialized portion should be able to be added with just a option on the view options. Unsure on the complexity of adding the with clause such that it supports the timescaledb.continuous argument listed below.
Motivation
In several cases (such as timescale), generation of materialized view continuous aggregates over regular views is important, and the ability to insert with clauses to them is similar (it does not act as expected otherwise)
