Just wondering if it was at all possible to create a custom set operation with say "random" keys and a custom random output? Key 1, Key 2, Key 3, Value 1, Value 2, Value 3?

This can be easily implemented with a LUA script. Or you can pre-generate keys and values with your benchmark program like this https://github.com/antirez/redis-rb-cluster/blob/master/example.rb
