Redis acl file must Create manually?

aclfile /home/ghy/T/Redis/myacl.acl

redis start bottom error show : Aborting Redis startup because of ACL errors: Error loading ACLs, opening file '/home/ghy/T/Redis/myacl.acl': No such file or directory
