Redis Redis Subscriber "dies" after some time if used on external server

Hey, i have the problem that if i use a redis subscriber on a server the subscriber cant listen anymore after some time.

My Struckture [MAIN REDIS SERVER] <---- [OTHER ROOT SERVER]
