Redis [NEW] It's 2020 and redis-cli can't establish TLS connections

It is indeed 2020, thanks for reaffirming that. Note that as of v6, also released this year, TLS is handled by redis-cli as documented at https://redis.io/topics/rediscli#ssltls

Please close this issue or edit it to make sure we understand its nature.

Alternatively, you can wait till 2021 and close the issue since it will no longer be relevant.

Solid approach @madolson, but I'll do one better - I changed my system clock (cc @JimB123) so the future is now my present - closing.
