Redis [Feature request] XRANGE/XREVRANGE key start end [COUNT count] [WHERE field value]

The problem/use-case that the feature addresses

Redis Streams can be superfast free TSDB alternative. But additinal faetures are needed.

Description of the feature

XRANGE and XREVRANGE can have [WHERE field value] in addition to mandatory "start" "end".

Alternatives you've considered

I can use it as TSDB of some sort without this feature but it can be handy.

Additional information

Simple agregation is next step on turning Redis Streams into real TSDB.

Yep, it is. 7 Feb 2019. So old. I hope it will apper in a milesone 6.2.
