After installing redis on oel6, Redis init.d will hang on reboot, due to the settings on /etc/redis.conf supervised auto. If supervised is commented out, or set as "systemd" which oel6 does not come with, Redis will start fine after reboot. Is there a fix for Linux version prior to 7 that does not come with "systemd" supervision?

Thanks Alex

Hi @perolaquantum, this is an old report and many things have been fixed since then around supervision support. Please feel free to re-open with more information if this persists with the latest version. Thanks!
