Redis How to become Redis Contributer?

Hi team, - How can i become a contributor? - Can I debug while Redis project is running? Do you have a document or video this subject? - Which compiler do you run and test? - I know intermediate C Languae.

I want to fix what is already issues.. I don't know exactly where to start.
