Try running it with sudo. e.g.
sudo redis-server --daemonize yes

@superchen180 thanks for reporting. this is a duplicate of #8062 resolved by #8088 and #8150 Please check Redis 6.2-RC1, it should fix this problem. i guess we'll soon make another release of 6.0 that'll solve it there too.
