Redis The latest linux binary distributions of redis-cli tools were not built with BUILD_TLS=yes enabled

Latest 6.0.9 version of the redis-cli tools were not built with BUILD_TLS=yes enabled, and hence the client tools cannot communicate with any redis server with TLS enabled.
