Redis [Feature Request] show cross cluster latency in cluster info

Hi,

When trying to set the cluster-node-timeout parameter in the config, you basically want to set it as low as possible without being too low that minor hickups will cause a disconnection.

Showing the latency of cross-cluster communication (Probably 95th/99th percentile) will help understand what this should be set to
