Redis if I configured redis to save data periodically, CPU usage will also be high accordingly, any suggestion to solve it?

When save operation happens, a new process is forked to write memory data to file in a loop. the cpu usage of it is very high, makes system to be not stable. Any suggestions?

8+ years later, the answer is AOF is usually the solution for persisting data in high frequency.
