Does anyone know if there's a way to have only ONE consumer get Keyspace Notifications ? The way it's implemented today is that it uses the pub/sub mechanism and all subscribers get each event. related to #202

As you mention yourself, keyspace notifications use the usual pubsub interface. And as the discussion in the mentioned issue points out, what you want is not possible with pubsub.
Therefore, no, one and only one receiver for the keyspace notifications is not possible.

Thanks @badboy What you wrote I already know. It's just interesting to me if the guys at redis are thinking about it and maybe have a workaround or another solution.
