Redis Add non-preamble AOFRW support for functions

When functions were implemented we thought that the old AOFRW mechanism is gonna get removed, so we didn't support it. but it was later decided to keep it, so now rewriteAppendOnlyFileRio must be extended to be able to generate FUNCTION LOAD calls
