process order of master selection can be following order: 1. Disconnection time 2. Priority 3. Replication offset 4. Run Id my question is that why it preferred to choose a slave node with a smaller runid?

Someone else might correct me, but I believe the runID is just used as a tiebreaker between different redis nodes that are "equally" viable to be promoted.
